The new academic year is almost upon us and there are a few new initiatives and developments that the MMUPR team has been working on over the summer. As well as the introduction of exciting new units at levels 5 and 6, we will be launching a PR Film Club this year.
The club will meet on the first Wednesday of every month between 5 and 7 to watch PR related films and talk about the issues they raise. As well as a chance to learn about PR in popular culture, it is also a chance for students from all years to socialise and network with each other over drinks and nibbles. We also hope to get guest speakers in to talk to this group about the issues raised in the films that we watch.
